“Lead from who you are.
Not who you've learned to be.”
PhD, Leadership Studies·TEDx Dublin·Doctoral research on astrology as a leadership instrument
“Leadership is an act of creating space for people to Be.”
Dr. Cameron Martin works with founders and executives at the edge of a shift most leadership models were never built for: the return to who they actually are, underneath everything they've built.
His framework, Being-Centered Leadership, treats leadership as an act of creating space for people to Be. He's spoken on international stages including TEDx Dublin and has facilitated workshops with global teams including TikTok and the University of California San Diego. He holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, where his dissertation, the first of its kind, examined astrology as a tool for leadership development.
Cameron believes that what we've called leadership got us this far, and it won't get us where we're headed next. The world we're stepping into needs leaders who are connected with their Being, their soul, their design, not just their strategy. That question is only getting louder as AI reshapes what work looks like and what a person's value even means.
Cameron teaches the concept of a Beingspace as a practical framework for leaders. He also brings a tool almost nobody else in the leadership conversation uses: astrology, grounded in the doctoral research behind his dissertation, as an ancient and precise way to understand a leader's design. His work puts the human being back at the center of a conversation that has mostly been about performance and output.

A different lens.
Doctoral research applying astrology to leadership, grounded in evidence, treated as instrumentation rather than mysticism. Almost nobody in the leadership conversation is working from this angle.
A deep presence in conversation.
He brings a grounded, unhurried presence to a conversation, the kind that lets a host go somewhere real instead of staying on script.
Names what leadership hasn't caught up to.
He's willing to say plainly that the old model of leadership has taken us as far as it can, and to talk about what comes after it.
Asks the human question.
At a moment when AI is changing what work and value even mean, he brings the leadership conversation back to the most basic question: what does it mean to be human while you lead.
“Despite the chaos, we can always choose to return to our Being.”
Humanity is at an impasse. What we've thought leadership is has taken us as far as it can. The world we're stepping into needs leaders connected with their Being, their soul, their design, not just their strategy.
That question is only getting sharper. As AI reshapes what work looks like, it's also reshaping what a person's value looks like. The real question underneath leadership right now isn't what to do next. It's what it means to be human while you're doing it.
Cameron brings a tool almost nobody else in the leadership conversation uses to answer that: astrology, grounded in doctoral research, as an ancient and precise way to understand a person's actual design.
The result is coherence: alignment between who you actually are and how you actually lead. This is what it means to lead from Being: ambition in service of the soul, instead of the soul in service of ambition.
